Zedoray
Rhizome is the dried rhizome of Curcuma phaeocaulis Valeton,
Curcuma kwangsiensis S. G. Lee et C. F. Liang,
or Curcuma wenyujin Y. H. Chen et C. Ling (Fam.
Zingiberaceae).
Action:
To promote the flow of qi and eliminate
blood stasis with strong effect, and to relieve pain by removing
the stagnation of undigested food.
Indications:
Mass in the abdomen, amenorrhea due to blood stasis;
distension and pain due to stagnation of undigested food;
carcinoma of cervix at early stage.
Precaution:
Contraindicated in pregnancy.
