Tree-of -heaven Bark is the dried root bark or stem bark of Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle (Fam. Simaroubaceae).

Action: To remove damp-heat and arrest discharges (leukorrhea, diarrhea and hemorrhage).

Indications: Morbid leukorrhea; diarrhea caused by damp-heat; chronic diarrhea, chronic dysentery; hematochezia, abnormal uterine bleeing.
