Slender Dutchmanspipe Root is the dried root of Aristolochia debilis Sieb. et Zucc. (Fam. Aristolochiaceae).

Action: To relieve pain by subduing hyperactivity of the liver, and to counteract toxicity and cause subsidence of swelling.

Indications: Dizziness, headache and distending pain in the chest and abdomen; carbuncles, boils, snake bite and insect bite.

Usage: For external use, approriate quantity to be ground into powder for topical application.
