Action: To Replenish the liver and the kidney with vital essence and blood, to blacken the hair, and to strengthen the tendons and bones.

Indications: Anemia; dizziness and tinnitus; prema- ture greying of the hair and beard; soreness and weakness of the loins and the knees; abnormal uterine bleeding and excessive leukorrhea; general debility in chronic malaria; hyperlipemia.
