Perilla Leaf is the dried leaf (or bearing young branches) of Perilla frutescens (L. ) Britt. (Fam. Labiatae).

Action: To induce perspiration and dispel cold, and to regulate the stomach function.

Indications: Common cold with cough and nausea; vomiting of pregnancy; fish or crab poisoning.
