Mountain Spicy Fruit is the dried ripe fruit of Litseae cubeba (Lour.) Pers. (Fam. Lauraceae).

Action: To warm the spleen and stomach and promote the flow of qi to relieve pain.

Indications: Nausea and vomiting due to cold in the stomach, epigastirc pain accompained by feeling of cold ; abdominal colic of cold type; turbid urine caused by colddamp.
