Mile Swertia Harb is the dried whole plat of Swertia mileensis T. N. Ho et W. L. Shih (Fam. Gentianaceae).

Action: To increase the flow of bile, and to remove heat and damp.

Indications: Jaundice with dark urine; acute urinary infection with difficult painful urination.

Precaution: Used with caution to patients with deficiency-cold.
