Manchurian Wildginger is the dried herb of Asarum heterotropoides
Fr. var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag., Asarum
sieboldii Miq.var. seoulen- se Nakai or Asarum
sieboldii Miq. (Fam .Aristolochi- aceae).
Action:
To dispel wind-cold to relieve nasal obstruction,
to alleviate pain and to remove retained fluid.
Indications:
Common cold, headache, toothache; sinusitis with nasal
obstruction; rheumatic arthralgia; cough and dyspnea due to
retention of phlegm and fluid.
Usage: Appropriate
quantity for external use.
Precaution:
Incompatible with Rhizoma et Radix Varstri.
