Kadsura Pepper Stem is the dried stem of Piper kadsura (Choisy) Ohwi (Fam. Piperaceae). The drug is collected in summer and autumn, removed from root and leaf, and dried in the sun.

Action: To relieve rheumatic conditions.

Indications: Rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis with joint pain, muscular contracture and ankylosis.
