Finger Citron is the dried fruit of Citrus medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle (Fam. Rutaceae).

Action: To regulate the qi of the liver and stomach, and relieve pain.

Indications: Stagnation of qi of the liver and stomach marked by distension and pain in the chest and hypochondriac regions, stuffiness feeling in the stomach, anorexia and vomiting.
