production is made from fresh chilled shrimp shells(Pandalus borealis),shelled
crab. It is off-white, innocuous, semitransparent and amorphous solid. Soluble
in acid, but insoluble in alkali and water or in ordinary organic solvent. Decomposed
at 185 celsius degree. Usage:
