Constituents:
Containing betulinic acid, crataegic acid, etc.
Actions: Fructus
Jujibae could inhibit cancer cell multiplication. Betulinlc
and crataegic acid are effective against S180 with a dose
of 25mg/d orally administered for 7 days, the inhibitory rate
were 5%~35%.The crataegolic acid orally administered for 14
days, the inhibitory rate was 61%.
Indications:Its
composite prescrption (Arsenolitum, Fructus Jujubae, Borneolum
Syntheticum) was used externally for the treatment of cervical
cancer in 34 cases, 6 cases were CR, 17 cases were PR, 6 cases
were MR and inefficacy in 5 cases, the total effective rate
was 85.3%.
