stems, leaves, roots and fruits of Wikstroemia indica (L)C.
A . Mey. Family Thymeleleaceae.
Constituents:
Containing wikstroemin, qenRwonin arctgenin, mataire- sinol,
lignan, etc.
Actions: The water
decoctin of herb showed inhibitory rate of 45.4% on lymphosarcoma-1
of ascites type in mice, and inhibitory rate of 97% to EAC,
and T/C value of 180% to lymphocyte leukemia-P388, the active
principle possible was lignan.
Indications:For
pulmonary cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, lymphocarcinoma
and carcinous hydrothorax.
The injection prepared from the herb
was injected intramuscularly twice a day, each time 2~5ml
(equal to the crude herb 6~15g), and the anticancer efficacy
is under observation.
