Constituents:
Containing collagen, peptide, amino acids, polysacchari- des,
etc.
Actions: The nude
mice were divided into two groups, the therapeutic group was
intragastral perfusion with the powder of Trionyx at a dose
of 800 mg/kg. d for two weeks, then the nude mice were implanted
with the cells of human intestinal cancer, and continued to
give the drug for 35 days (the control group was given placebo),
the inhibitory rate was 92.15%.
In addition, the mice was dieted
the polysaccharide of Trionyx at the dose of 1g/kg. d for
7 days, then the mice were implanted the cells of B16 or FBL
3 (erythroleukemia), and successively to given polysaccharide.
The results showed that the survival period of control group
were 24.5 days (B16) and
25.2 days (FBL-3) respectively, while the therapeutic group
were 44.1 days (B16) and 37.8 days (FBL-3) respectively.

The above herbs were decocted for oral
administration combined with Xiao Jin Wan 10 pills. The prescription
was used to treat 11 cases of breast cancer. The results showed
that clinical cure in1 cases, remarkable effect in 2 cases,
efficacy in 6 cases, the total effective rate was 81.8%, and
survived for 5 years, 6 years and 8 years was 1 case in each
respectively.
