Actions: Experiments
in vitro showed the hot water extract of Fructus Sophorae
inhibited JTC-26 with a rate of over 90%.Rutin could inhibit
some transplanted tumors. In addition the extract containing
PHA which could increase the immunity and anticancer activity.
Indications:For
tumor of the digestive system.
Fructus Sophorae Syru (containing1.25g/ml
of the crude): 100ml a day, taken in twice. The preparation
was used to treat 50 cases of the digestive tumors, most of
them belonged advanced stage, the therapeutic period was excess
l month and 16 cases combined with chemotherapy, the results
showed that the effective rate was 40%.
