Constituents:
Containing apigenin, hiokiflavone, isocryptomerin and amentoflavone,
etc.
Actions:The hot
water extract of the herb was effective against S180 tumor,
the inhibiting rate was 61.2%, and its alcoholic extract was
18.6%, and prolonged the life span of EAC cancer.
Indications:It
can be used for treatment of nasopharyngeal, liver and breast
cancers. The composite prescription as follows:

The decoction preparation has been used
for treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer patients, 50 cases
were treated with the prescription after radiotherapy, 12
cases were CR, the survival rate of the patients which were
over 5 years, was 24%, 4 were MR, ineffective in 6 cases.
