prescription (Yang Jin Tang) for nasopharyngeal cancer:
Fructus Pyri 60g
Rhizoma Phragmitis 30g
Radix Trichosanthis 15g
Radix OPhiopogonis 9g
Radix Rehmanniae 9g
Radix Platycodi 9g
Herba Capsellae 15g
Flos Chrysanthemi 12g
The above herbs were decocted twice with
water and taken twice daily. The prescription could reduced
various symptoms such as anorexia , nausea, vomiting, pharyngeal
congestion, edema, erosion, drying pain of nasopharyngeal
cancer patients who had been received the radiotherpy.
