Actions: Studies
in vitro showed that tha active principe S86019 obtained from
Radix Pueraria at a dose of 14~22ug/ml could inhibit the multiplication
of HL-60 cell line (human promyelocytic leukemia), and it
could induce the promyeloyte to the metamyelocyte and mature
stab mudeus lobocyte, it's indicated that S86019 was a differential
induced agent of HL-60 cell lines.

Radix Puerariae 15g
Thallus Echloniae 15g
Sargassum 15g
Spica Prunellae 15g
Radix Angelicae Dahuricae 15g
Rhizoma Chuanxiong 12g
Semen Persicae 12g
Concha Ostreae 30g
Radix Semiaquilegiae 30g
The above herbs were decocted and was
used to treat 4 cases of pituitary tumor. The results showed
that the symptoms were remarkable improved and tumor size
shrunk in 2 cases.
