Constituents:
Containing amygdalin, amygdalase, prunase etc.
Actions: The prunus
armentaca L. hot water extract has an inhibitory action on
JIC-26cell line, the inhibitory rate was 50%~70%. The mean
survival time, Amygdalin group was 33 days, the control group
was 23 days.
Indications:It
was reported that amygdalin has a control and relieving action
for concerous hydrothorax. There were two kinds of treatment,
one was oral administration with capsuli, 1~3 times each day
and 0.2~0.6g each time, another was intravenous drip one time
a day and 3~6g each time, 34 cases showed that pain was disappeared.
