Indications:Composite
colchicine was used for the treatment of 265 cases of 20 types
of cancers. The results showed that 99 cases of breast cancer
have the best response, the effective rate was 89.9%. It was
48.7% and 41.6% in the cervical cancer group(39 cases) and
esophageal cancer group (52 cases). In addition, the drug
gad some effect for lung cancer and stomach cancer.
Preparation : 100ml of composite colchicine
injection containing colchicine 0.5g, sodium inosinate 75g,
fungous sugar 25g, sodium glucuronate 50g, vitamin B6 25g,
mannitol 50g for intravenous injection, 2ml each time, once
daily,40~80ml as a therapeutic course.
