blattic acid, amino acid, cytochrome A.B.C., coenzymes A,
oil, etc.
Actions:The oily
alcoholic abstracted material of the insect,its anticancer
effect was screened on six kinds of tumor models on mice.In
vivo, it was effective against S180 tumor, in vitro,it has
cytotoxical action against S180 cancer cells.The macrophages
in abdominal cavity of mouse could be activated by the abstracted
oil.The anticancer effects of the oil(0.4 g/k g) were proved
by twice experiments: the inhibition rates on S180 were 45%
and 39% (P<0.01) respectively. The inhibiting rate of 2g/kg
of the oil was 50% (P<0.05). In addition, it was effective
significantly against human esophageal cancer on nude mouse,
its effciency was similar to 5-FU.
