Constituents:
Containing panaxoside:R0, Ral, Ra2, Rb1 Rb2 Rb3, Rc, Rd,Re,
Rf, Rg1,Rg2, Rhl, Rh2 and volatile oils, polysaccharides,
amino- acid, etc.
Actions: Panaxoside
has some antieoplastic action. The inhibiting rate for S180
was 48%~60%,but it was ineffective on U14, W256 and L615.
Panose has certain action S180 ,EC, U14 murine tumors.
Indications:(1)
Panaxoside was used to treat tumor and cancer. It was mainly
used as an adjuvant for the treatment of cancers, it has a
better action to increase immunity and white blood cells,
the total effective rate was 64.6%~82%.
(2) The tablets of the herbs (Radix Ginseng,
Herba Rabdosiae Rubescentis, Fructus Aurantii) to treat 101
cases carcinoma of stomach patients after surgical operation,
the survival rate was 82.2% for l year.
(3)The tablets of the herbs (Radix Ginseng,
Herba Agrimoniae, Bufo Siccus) to treat 102 cases of pulmonary
carcinoma patients, 62 cases among them were only taken this
tablet without operation . The effective rate was 61.8%after
observing for 6 months. The survival rate for l year was 16%.
The average survival time was 7.7 months.
