euphol, fischrian A, B, lupanol, b-sitosterol, stellerin,
jolkinolide A, B, etc.
Actions:The alcoholic
or water extracts of the herb with ip po. administrati- on
were effective against LLC tumor, the inhibiting rates against
S180, U14, lung and liver cancers were 70.2%, 59.9%, 42.5%
and 36.7% respec- tively. The extract solution (contais 0.1mg
crude herd/ml) administered with iv, its inhibiting rates
against HepS and S180 murine tumors were 43.85% ~52.43% and
41.2%~45.29%,higher than VLB.
Indications:It
could be used for treatment of digestive tract, breast and
cervical cancers.
(1) The dry product of the herb was prepared
into 1:1 concentraion of injection solution, 4ml/once, once/a
day, one course of treatment was 3 months, used for 4 courses,
treated 170 cases of various cancers. According to the survival
time observation, it was effective against lung, breast, rectum
and colon cancers, no effect against gastric cancer.
(2) The crude herb 3g, put into 300 ml
water, boiling for 10 minutes, then put 2 eggs, after cooked
well, eat eggs and soup, don't eat the herb, one dose daily,
boiling for twice, administered orally. 25 cases of gastric,
liver, lung and thyroid cancers were treated, the results
showed that the symptoms were lightened, in a few cases, the
tumor size was reduced.
