Actions: The ethanol
extract of the drug inhibited the respiration of human liver
cancer cells.In addition, methylene blue method proved that
the water extract of the drug inhibited human liver cancer
cells. Experiment in vivo proved that the drug could prolong
the survival period of animals transplanted with tumors.
Indications:
For cervical cancer.
The dried reptile was pounded, steeped
in equal amount of 95% ethanol for 20 days, 0.2ml of the preparation
contained 2 grams of the crude drug . The preparation was
injected into the local, 0.6ml each time. The preparation
was used for treatment of 2 cases of cervivcal cancer. The
results showed that the clinical cured in 2 cases, remarkable
effcacy in 2 cases, effcacy in 2 cases, inefficacy in 1 cases,
the total effective rate was 85.7%.
