Constituents:
Containing emodin, thanin, mucoitin, fat, tec.
Actions:Studies
in vitro showed that emodin evidently inhibited cytopnea of
ascites cancer, and the herb could inhibhit human pulmonary
carcinocytic multiplication. Experiments in vivo indicated
that emodin has an inhibitory action against melanoma in mice
with the inhibiting rate of 73%.

The above herbs were taken in decoction
one dose a day, and at the same time, Xiao Jin Pian, 5 tablets
each time, twice daily; Tian Long Pian, 5 tablets each time,
three times daily. The prescription was used for treatment
of 4 cases of lymphocarcinoma 2 cases were CR 1 case was efficacy.
For mammary carcinoma: the above herbs
combined with squama manidis 12g and carapax trionycis 12g
were decocted for oral administration, at the same time, Xiao
Jin Wan, 10 pills each time. The prescription treated 11 cases
of mamanary carcinoma, 1 cases was cured, remarkable efficacy
in 2 cases, efficacy in 6 cases and inefficacy in 2 cases,
the total effective rate was 81.8%. The survived period for
over 5 years, 6 years and 8 years were 1 case respectively.
