Constituents:Containing
boswellic acid, bitter srbstance, volatile oils, tec.
Actions: BC-4
(A-boswellic acid acetate) was the active principle of Resina
Olibani and it's a topoisomerase inhibitor. In addition BC-4
could induce HL-60 cells differentiation, at a dose of 10u/ml,
80% of HL-60 cells obtained the capability of reducing NBT
and 90% cells has phagocytic function. Studies in vitro showed
that the hot water extract of the drug at the dose of 500ug/ml,
incubated for 134h, could inhibit JTC-26 cells with a rate
of 70% to 90%, as well as it inhibited Hela-17, Hela-S and
Hepatoma -2, cell lines.

Bufoe 15g
Realgar 3g
Radix Notoginseng 3g
Rhizoma Bletillae 12g
Arsenolitum Preparata 1.5g
Galla Chinensis 1.5g
Alumen 60g
Puplesalt Sal Ammoniac 0.3g
The above herbs were ground into powder,
then the powders were mixed with SN powder for external application.
The prescription was used to treat 42 cases of cauliflower
-like ulcerous cervical carcinoma, 33 cases were cured and
8 cases survived with carcinoma .
