Actions: The suspension
of Calculus Bovis Factitious wit a dose of 408.9~437.6mg/kg
was effective against sarcoma -180 , the inhibiting rate was
60.9%. The inhibiting rate of Calulus Bovis Facitious on sarcoma
-37 was found to be 54.3% and 72.2% respectively in two groups.
Indications:For
primary liver carcinoma Calculus Bouis Factitious, Muschus,
etc. 10 sorts herbs were ground into powder for oral adminstration
with a dose of 2.5 grams each time, 3 times a day. 4 months
as a period of treatment. The drug was used to treat 16 cases
of primary liver carcinoma , 4 cases among them survived for
over 1~5 years.
For leukemia :Niu Huang Jie Du Pian (Calculus
Bovis Detoxicating Pill) was used alone for treatment of 24
cases of chronic myeloproliferative disorder, 2 cases of them
were polycythemia, 3 cases of them were thrombocythemia and
7 cases of them were chronic granulocytic leukemia, in addition,
6 cases of chronic granulocytic leukemia were combined therapy
with Myleran. The results showed that above patients were
effective.
