Constituents:
Containing bletilla manann, starch, glucose , volatiel oils
, etc.
Actions:The 2%
glucose injection of the herb with ip, was able remarkably
to inhibit the hepatocarcinoma induced by DAB on rats. The
phlegm of the herb with ip has inhibiting tumor acion. The
inhibitory rates were 44.85 for W256, 44.1%~67.7% for U14,
44.45~ 68.0% for EAC, 52.2~62.7% for hepatocarcinoma, and
34.4%~72.8% for S180. The results has remarkable significance
in contrast with the comparison groups.
Indications:
It was used for treatment of cervical, esophageal, rectal,
nasopharyngeal, skin and lung carcinoma and choriocarcinoma
etc. Embolism of renal artery injection by the powder of the
herb treated 13 cases of renal tumor. The characteristics
of the therapy were lasting action and no side effects. In
cases of patients, the symptoms remitted, hematuria stopped,
mental stal state improved. In 6 cases of the patients, the
tumors size decreased, the survival time for 4, 1~1.5 and
0.5~1 years were in 1,2, and 3 cases.
