Actions: Berbamine
was effective against S180, HepA, W256 and EAC murine tumors,
the inhibitory rate were 78%, 68%, 44.9% and 68%~80%, respectively.
Berberine has inhibitory action on P338, L1210 and B16 cell
lines, the inhibitory rate was over 90%.
Indications:Berberine,
50mg each time, three times daily, was used orally for treatment
of leukopenia in chemotherapy of radiotherapy in 64 cases,
11 cases were remarkably effective, 32 cases were effectual.
