Sources:The
rhizome of Atactylodes chinensis Koidz. Family Compositae.
Constituents:
Containing volatile oil, atracylodin, b-eudesmol, atractylone,
etc.
Actions: Studies
in vitro proved that volatile oil and b-eudesmol at dose of
100ug/ml(atractylodin 500ug/ml )had inhibitory action against
ECA 109 esophageal cancer cells.

Rhizoma Atractylodes 7.5g
Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis 7.5g
Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 7.5g
Herba Polugoni Auicularis 7.5g
Fructus Hordei Germinatus 7.5g
Massa Medicata Fermentata 7.5g
Radix Glycyrrhizae 6g
Radix Aucklandiae 3g
Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum 3g
Radix et Rhizoma Rhei 15g
Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens 12g
The decoction of above herbs taken daily
and combined with chemotherapy and Si Jun Zi Tang to treat
3 cases of stomach cancer. The results showed that 3 cases
were basically healed and follow ed up for 6~8 years without
recurrence.
