Sources:The
dried whole body of Apostichopus japonicus Selenka [Stichopus
japonicus Selenka] Family Stichopodidae.
Constituents:
Containing acid mucopoly saccharide (SJAMP), holotocin and
holothurin, etc.
Actions: Intraperitoneal
injection of SJAMP (50mg/kg)inhibited S180,p S37,p Lio-1,p
B16,p MA737 with inhibiting rate of 53%,p 49%,p 51%,p 55%,
and 79%~88%, respectively.
Indications:The
drud, when accompanied with radiotherapy, for lung cancer
and leukemia had a better effect. The symptoms of the patients
were relieved, the white blood cells count significantly increased.
