Constituents:
Containing ampelopsin, myricetin, etc.
Actions:The hot
water extract of Ampelopsis breuipedunculatae (Maxim.) Trautv.
has an inhibitory rate of 36% on S180 murine tumor, but the
extract of alcohol has only 17.4 Experiments in vitro showed
that the inhibitory rate against JTC-26 cells was over 90%.
Indications:
(1)For carcinoma of stomach:
Radix Ampelopsis Breuipedunculatae 60g
Herba Scutellariae Barbatae 60g
Radix Actinidiae Chinensis 90g
Radix Adinae Rubellae 90g
Herba Pteridis Multifidae 15g
Herba Lobeliae Chinensis 15g
Rhizoma Imperatae 15g
The above herbs were taken with decoction,
one dose day. The prescription was used for the treatment
of 25 cases of carcinoma of stomach, 2 cases were CR, remarkable
efficacy was in 8 cases, efficacy was in 11 cases, inefficacy
was in 4 cases, the total effctive rate was 84%.
(2) For rectal carcinoma:
Radix Actinidiae Chinensis 60g
Radix Ampelopsis Breuipedunculatae 15g
Radix Adinae Rubellae 15g
Herba Pteridis Multifidae 15g
Rhizoma Paridis 15g
Herba Scutellariae Barbatae 15g
Rhizoma Bolbostemmae 15g
Rhizoma Dioscoreae Bulbiferae 30g
Rhizoma Imperatae 30g
The above herbs were taken with decoction
, one dose a day, it was used for the treatment of 11 cases,
2 cases were CR, 3 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.
