Constituents:
Containing glycoside, coumarin xanthotoxin or ammoidin etc.
Actions:Xanthotoxin
has highest inhibitory action against EAC and sarcoma 45 growth,
1:10 000 of xanthotoxin was able to onhibit tumor groeth,
the inhititory rate was 50%. Extract of the herb was able
to change abnormal electric charges on heppatocarcinoma cell's
membrane to normal condition.
Indications:
It was used to treat lung, liver, bladder cancers and leukemia,
etc.

The decoction of the herbs was taken
to treat 204 cases of primary lung cancer including 108 squamous
cell epithelioma, 43 adenocarcinoma, 27 undifferentiated carcinoma
and 26 undifferentiated type. The clincal effect showed that
cases of survival time above 1 year were 76 cases, including
47.06% squamous cell epithelioma, 38.24% adenocarcinoma, 30%
undifferentiated cancer, cases of survival time above 3 years
were 1.92% of squamous cell carcinoma and 4.49% of adenocarcinoma.
