Constituents:
Containing aconitine, hypaconiting, mesaconitine and chuan-wu-base
B,etc.
Actions: Aconitine
0.4mg/kg ip., its inhibiting rate on HepS was 47.4%~57.3%(P<0.01),it
was effective on S180 sarcoma and was more effective with
larger dose, its crude extract 0.2mg/ml inhibited growth of
gastric cells, it was also effective on human lung, liver
and gastric cell lines. Aconitine nihibited metastasis of
LLC carcinoma.
Indications:
(1) For gastric cancer:aconitine hydrolysed
product was used (1.6mg/ml im.b.i.d for 271 cases of most
advanced gastric and liver cancer patients, most of them prolonged
life span,and the symptoms were improved, its analgesic effect
was 100%.
(2) For liver cancer:30 cases of primary
liver cancer patients treated mainly with aconitine, among
them,20 caese used aconitine singly, 14 cases were effective,
10 cases combined with 5-Fu, 6 cases were effctive, in 30
cases, the total effective rate was 66.6%.
(3) For lung cancer:"SAN SHENG ZHEN"(Fresh
slice of Radix Aconiti Lanteralis Preparata,fresh Radix Aconiti
and fresh Rhizoma Arisaematis injection preparation).Radix
Aconiti used for treatment of mid and advanced lung cancer
patients 166 cases, the results showed that ite PR rate was
7.4%, stable rate was 59.5%, their life span was longer than
chemotherapy only (P<0.05),no significant adverse reactions
were found.
