Our
product ,special grade tea polyphenols,is extract from green tea by methods of
special techniques. It is of light-colour, high catechins and high EGCG;a powerful
natural antioxidants activity (determaination by Rancimat method) which is three
times-more than that of BHA and four times more than that of BHT,it can use in
foods additives;a high security (LD50 = 2.75~5.01g/kg body weight );and a good
stability in conditions of acidity and neutrality.

1)As a natural food antioxidant: The
antionxidanting, security and operation cost of our tea polyphenols are obviously
more excellent than that of other synthetic antionxidant in market, such as BHA,BHT,TBHQ,
PGandVe,Vc etc.
2)As other additive for food
:Much information has sufficiently shown that the tea polyphenols has ourstanding
effect on scavenging activated oxygen and free radical, antibacterial activity
, deodorixation and preventing discoloration of natural colorant ect., also has
effect on anti-senescence and heighten organic immunologic functions. Therefore,
the tea polyphenols can be widly applied in food as a good antistaling agent,
